Marin Gems™ spend their entire lives on our floating farm in southern Tomales Bay. Constant wind and waves tumble them into the perfect bite size oyster. The warmer water and constant movement of our floating farm also results in a sweeter, more flavorful oyster.
Our newest offering, the Marin Pearls™ are grown in specialized baskets that flip as the tide moves in and out. These oysters are characterized by their perfectly smooth shells, a result of nonstop polishing by mother nature herself.
